Have a Medicare Advantage plan with dental benefits? We are in-network with Medicare Advantage dental plans from Aetna, Humana, Liberty Dental, UnitedHealthcare and United Concordia. If you do not see your plan listed, call us anyway. Plans and networks change, and in many cases we can still see you and help you use your benefits.

How we help with your insurance

Our office staff handles insurance claims and paperwork for you. Before treatment, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan is expected to cover, and give you a written estimate of your share, so there are no surprises. Coverage varies by plan. Preventive visits are often covered in full, fillings and crowns partly, and some plans cover a portion of dentures or implants, usually up to an annual maximum. Purely cosmetic treatment such as whitening and veneers is generally not covered. We will tell you exactly what your plan does before you decide on anything.

Financing and payment plans

We offer two financing options so that a monthly amount, rather than the total, is what you compare:

• CareCredit: a healthcare credit card with promotional financing on qualifying treatment. You can apply online before your visit or in our office.
• Sunbit: pay over time with a quick approval in the office and a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score.

We also accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, and you can pay your bill online at any time.

What treatment costs

We believe you should be able to plan. Our Dental Implants and Dental Bonding pages list our typical fee ranges before insurance, and your consultation will give you an exact, itemized quote. Implant consultations are free.
